*A KEEN Sense Of MISSION that includes a strong commitment to
the struggle for Justice, Compassion and Life giving spirituality for all people
*Leadership skills compatible with DIALOGUE AND CONSENSUS
DECISION MAKING, ENERGY, CREATIVITY, and AFFECTION for the work of
building a diverse and lively community of faith.
